Many insurance companies have entrusted us to be on their Direct Repair Program (DRP). This means we repair your vehicle with less need to contact the insurance company for approval on supplements of hidden damage or additional parts needed. What does that mean? Your vehicle is in our facility less time because we don't need to stop repairs to wait for approval on your vehicle. Our relationship with the insurance companies is based on our trust and integrity. They trust us to repair your vehicle accurately and professionally.

If you do not see your insurance company on our list of Direct Repair Programs there is no need to be concerned. We work with all insurance claims and handle them from start to finish almost as hassle free as a direct repair program. Service First Collision Centers goal is to repair your car to pre-loss condition as quickly and hassle free as possible while never compromising the repair. We have a good relationship with the insurance industry and those companies who may not have a Direct Repair Program find we are able to work hand in hand with them to complete your vehicle repairs.
